Foundation and Site Inspections are FREE for homeowners and property owners that are not in the process of selling or buying. The Inspection Fee for properties in this case is:
• $150 per inspection (house + garage = 1)
• $150 for a formal estimate
Inspection Fees will be credited to clients who contract California Foundation Works, Inc. to perform the required work, if any.
